Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules that apply when you access or use the Tiny Tulip operations platform.

Effective 26 September 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Tiny Tulip. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, connecting a service, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you use the platform for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.

If you do not agree, do not access or use the platform. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of the information governing your use.

2. The service

Tiny Tulip is an operations platform for managing products, inventory, suppliers, orders, sales information, standard operating procedures, tasks, files, integrations, workflows, scripts and related records. It can run manual and automated steps, request human approvals, keep versions and connect with third-party services.

Features may change as the platform develops. We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary, including for security, legal, maintenance or operational reasons. We will try to give reasonable notice when a material change is likely to significantly affect normal use.

3. Accounts and access

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
  • You must protect your password, connected credentials and authentication methods.
  • You may not share an individual account or allow unauthorised access.
  • You must tell us promptly if you suspect that an account or credential is compromised.
  • Workspace administrators control roles, market access and permissions for their users.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it resulted from a breach of our obligations. We may restrict access when necessary to protect the service, other users or connected systems.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the platform to:

  • break any law, regulation, contract or third-party right;
  • upload malware or harmful, deceptive, unlawful or infringing material;
  • gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, data or credentials;
  • probe, disrupt, overload or circumvent the platform’s security or access controls;
  • send spam, conduct fraud, impersonate others or automate abusive activity;
  • reverse engineer the platform except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
  • use automation in a way that violates a connected service’s rules.

You remain responsible for reviewing automated outputs and for deciding when a human checkpoint is required. The platform is an operational aid; it does not replace legal, tax, accounting, safety or professional advice.

5. Your content and instructions

You retain ownership of the data, files, scripts, procedures, product information and other content you submit. You give Tiny Tulip a limited right to host, copy, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service and to follow your instructions.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and to instruct us to process it. You are responsible for its accuracy, legality, backups and any decisions made from it. Do not upload information that the platform is not intended to process, including unnecessary special-category personal data.

6. Connected services and automation

You may connect services such as Amazon, Google Drive, Google Calendar and Claude, and may run browser automations or Python scripts on a separately installed runner. Those services have their own terms, availability and data practices. You authorise Tiny Tulip to exchange data with them when needed to perform the actions you request.

You choose which connections, workflows and scripts to enable. Before running an action, you must check its configuration, permissions and expected effect. You are responsible for changes made in connected accounts, including listings, prices, stock, files and calendar events. Scripts run on your runner computer and may access resources available to that computer; review code and arguments before starting a run.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, errors or termination of access. Disconnecting a service stops future access but does not undo actions already completed or automatically remove records previously imported.

7. Credentials and sensitive information

The platform can store credentials for integrations and automations. We use safeguards designed to limit access and avoid exposing secret values in ordinary logs and records. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so only store credentials that are necessary, use the narrowest permissions available and rotate them when appropriate.

You must not provide another person’s credentials without authority. Authenticator-app secrets and generated codes should be treated with the same care as passwords.

8. Tiny Tulip intellectual property

Tiny Tulip and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, design, documentation, branding and other materials we provide, excluding your content. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the platform for your internal business operations.

If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment, while we will continue to handle any personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available service. Maintenance, internet failures, third-party dependencies and events outside our reasonable control may interrupt access. Preview, experimental or newly introduced features may change or be withdrawn.

You should maintain appropriate exports or backups of business-critical information and use human review before relying on automated actions with material consequences.

10. Fees

Any paid plan, price, billing period, taxes and cancellation terms presented when you order the service or agreed separately apply in addition to these terms. Third-party services may charge their own fees. If no paid plan has been agreed, this section does not create a fee.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the platform at any time and may ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay an agreed fee, or misuse the platform. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

On termination, your right to use the platform ends. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including ownership, liability, governing law and accrued payment obligations—will survive. Data deletion and retention are described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement with your organisation.

12. Warranties and liability

We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill. Except for rights and warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, the platform is provided without additional guarantees, including that every output, forecast, imported record or third-party result will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Tulip is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data, or loss caused by a connected service, user-provided script, incorrect configuration or action taken without appropriate review. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct.

If you are a consumer, these terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Any separate written agreement governing your organisation’s use takes priority where it expressly conflicts with these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, law or our business. We will publish the updated version here and change the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will take reasonable steps to notify account holders before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
